We are seeking a passionate
Bilingual Driver Recruiter
to help us grow our team by identifying and hiring top driving talent.
Position Overview The Driver Recruiter will play a key role in attracting professional drivers to join our company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a solid understanding of the trucking industry.
This position requires strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to manage a fast‑paced recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers.
Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to screen potential candidates.
Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Communicate job expectations clearly to candidates, including pay, routes, schedules, and benefits.
Collaborate with the HR team and management to ensure hiring goals are met.
Use social media, job boards, and industry contacts to actively source new drivers.
Follow up with leads and manage candidate databases effectively.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills (required).
Creative thinking and crafting creative solutions (required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in driver recruiting or knowledge of the trucking industry is highly preferred.
Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
