Full-time, Monday to Friday (On-site, 5 days/week)

Frazier Industrial Company, a material handling industry leader in the structural steel storage and racking, is seeking a full-time HR Specialist/Recruiter.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
HR Specialist/Recruiter . to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This person will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates across various departments. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates, and thrives in a fast-paced, in-office setting.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across departments
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, networking events, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout
Track and report key recruiting metrics
Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring policies
Support various general HR functions and initiatives as needed across the department
Qualifications:
Minimum of
3 years of experience
in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an in-office environment
Education:
A bachelor’s or associate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is
preferred
