Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site Master Technician role located in Brockton, MA. The Master Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance, diagnosing complex vehicle issues, and ensuring high‑quality workmanship. The Master Technician will also assist in training junior technicians, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and provide exceptional customer service by communicating vehicle needs and repairs effectively.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge and skills in automotive repairs and maintenance, including diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair
Experience with tire services, brakes, suspension, and alignment
Proficiency in using automotive tools and equipment
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
ASE Certified or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred
