Overview
JOB TITLE: Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology. The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and institutions that specialize in medical dermatology. The Territory Manager develops and implements territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives, coordinating with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field-based colleagues to drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated area and geography. Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives. Coordinate with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field-based staff (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to drive product acceptance in the territory. Promote Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio to targeted physician offices, key clinics and institutions specializing in medical dermatology. Manage promotional activities and budgets within the territory. Utilize CRM, sales data, and reports to inform strategy and measure performance. Ensure timely call reporting and expense reporting. Collaborate across teams to optimize patient access and outcomes in the territory. Qualifications
Required
Bachelor Degree Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience Strong communication skills and business acumen Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver results Valid driver’s license Preferred
5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience 3+ years medical dermatology sales experience Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment Experience promoting high-science products Product launch experience Experience selling in a highly competitive environment Skills and Personal Attributes
This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on achieving territory business goals. They should be highly motivated and professional, capable of building trust with the matrix team and maintaining ethical and compliant conduct. Proficiency in selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion is required.
