Executive Assistant to CEO (Part-Time 20 Hours Per Week)
Join The Biomimicry Institute as an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO. This fully remote role requires residence in CA, CO, MT, NY, OH, VA, WA, or WV.
Salary: $20–$26/hr. Preference for Washington residents (hybrid opportunity).
Key Responsibilities
Manage CEO’s dynamic calendar across time zones, resolving conflicts.
Plan and book domestic/international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
Provide anticipatory support, prepare materials, and solve scheduling issues.
Ensure CEO directives are executed via project management.
Coordinate board and program events, from meetings to staff retreats.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
BA in business administration or related field; 5+ years as Executive Assistant to a C‑level executive.
Expertise in calendar, travel, and event logistics.
Strong project management and detail orientation.
Remote work experience.
