Bilingual Warehouse Manager
Seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Manager to be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and optimizing material flow to meet production needs. This position involves managing inventory control, staff training, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with expertise in warehouse logistics, inventory management, and problem‑solving, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in logistics, warehouse management, and inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory systems.
- Experience with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lead, train, and develop teams, ensuring compliance with operational standards and efficiency goals.
- Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills to manage a dynamic, fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and a solid understanding of warehouse safety procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
