A fast‑paced, growth‑oriented company headquartered in Minneapolis is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join its collaborative accounting team. What You’ll Do
- Manage a small AP/AR team
- Support financial reporting and month‑end close
- Analyze variances, ad‑hoc projects, and provide insights on trends
- Maintain accuracy across general ledger and support audits
- Work with NetSuite and Excel (pivots/vlookups required)
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2–5 years of accounting experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong Excel (pivots, vlookups) and familiarity with NetSuite a plus
- Analytical mindset with ability to spot trends and solve problems
- Team‑oriented, willing to dive into both detail work and higher‑level analysis (now or over time)
