Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly general ledger close process, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and partner with the Controller and CFO to validate reported financial results.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure accuracy of tax balances and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Coordinate planning and compliance for the Accounting team.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert, providing guidance and training to Accounting team members.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in general ledger management.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and US tax regulations.
• Effective with accounting systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and commitment to continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Location: Edison, NJ office.

Salary range: $120, 404 - $137,704.
