Essential Functions

• Maintain cleanliness of all public spaces, including the lobby, restrooms, hallways, and elevators.
• Empty trash receptacles, dust furniture, clean glass surfaces, and vacuum carpets as needed.
• Replenish supplies such as tissues, towels, and restroom amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain housekeeping closets and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Adhere to safety, security, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent use of cleaning tools and exposure to cleaning agents.
• Must be able to reach overhead and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in varying temperature and environmental conditions.

Qualification Standards

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
