• C#, .Net, CMS Tool experience
• Monitor overall health (performance and functional) of production, pre-production, and test environments of BES (Business Enablement Solutions) Applications.
• Develop and maintain system support documentation and process.
• Should have knowledge on IIS,.Net, Windows services and identify logic errors and potential optimizations.
• Should have knowledge on PL/SQL.
• Should have knowledge on any of the logging tools in market, having Splunk knowledge should be good.
