Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team and advocate for workers whose rights have been violated. This attorney will represent clients in all stages of litigation, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team and advocate for workers whose rights have been violated. This attorney will represent clients in all stages of litigation, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and dedicated advocate who thrives in a collaborative and goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and motion practice

Represent clients in court, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations, advocating effectively at each stage

Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements

Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Manage caseload independently while collaborating with other attorneys and support staff

Qualifications

Active member of the California State Bar in good standing (required).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in employment litigation or related civil litigation.

Strong knowledge of California labor and employment law, including FEHA, CFRA, FMLA, and wage and hour regulations.

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Ability to manage a robust caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Salary Ranger: $100,000 – $250,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
