Secret (U.S. citizenship required for eligibility) What You Will Do: Design, plan, enforce and coordinate CM and tool processes and procedures Configuration Planning & Identification, Change Management & Version Control Status Accounting & Configuration Audits Manage digital product development/media libraries Document and maintain guidelines and standards for dependency management, build and versioning Administer SWCM tools and manage all access to tool applications (Microsoft Azure DevOps Server, Git, BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence, ClearCase) Administer and use DevSecOps tools such as Coverity, Artifactory, Jenkins, Nexus, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo Facilitate the Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs) Maintain familiarity with program schedule, budget, identify risks and align work to promote reuse and efficiency Coordinate data transfers and courier support among various environments Lead coordination of digital product releases and interface with functional and program leadership to ensure on?time delivery and effective CM execution in multi?environment areas Follow RTX policies and directives under the close direction of the SWCM Team Lead and/or Section Leader Work onsite in Woburn, MA
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Experience with version control and change management/agile planning tools Experience in Software Configuration Management, IT, or development/scripting Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems Experience working with cross?functional teams Active and transferable U.S. government?issued Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Qualifications We Prefer:
Advanced knowledge of Software Configuration Management principles and implementation Strong problem?solving, knowledge sharing, and documentation skills Experience with SWCM tools such as Azure DevOps Server, Git, BitBucket, IBM Rational Team Concert, ClearCase, Synergy, Jenkins, Artifactory Experience with scripting languages (Perl, shell, batch, Python, Ruby, YAML) Experience with continuous improvement, CI/CD, GitFlow, Agile concepts Database or SWCM tool administration experience Proven experience with configuration management concepts and implementation Experience with CMMI or similar industry best practices Excellent collaboration and communication with individuals and cross?functional organizations
