Lead Recruiter @ Ascendum | Technical Recruiting Expert Jon Description: Seeking an experienced, skilled, and upbeat Senior Systems Analyst to be part of a squad responsible for launching and growing business/technology capabilities focused on helping address the retirement savings coverage gap. You will support one or more multi-functional squads, engaging with all team members to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work. By demonstrating and promoting agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include supporting one or more cross-functional squads, reinforcing agile principles in day-to-day work, and promoting an innovative agile culture through demonstrated agile leadership behaviors. Qualifications
6+ years of experience in systems analysis focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and scrum tools Jira, Jira Align experience desired Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API (Application Programming Interface) consumer tools such as Postman Bachelors degree in computer science or related technology subject area Ability to mentor and coach junior analysts across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adaptability to organizational changes Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks Effective communication and people interaction skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor content to the appropriate audience Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined User-Stories/requirements Flexibility to adjust work schedule to accommodate both U.S. and India-based teams Knowledge of technical solutions and back-end systems Required Skills
Exposure to Java, Spring, typical frameworks, Jira, Oracle, Cypress (as applicable) Very good understanding of databases Experience in general business testing (unit testing or automation) Preferred Skills
