Graphic & Web Designer
who’s passionate about clean, functional design as well as brand storytelling. You’ll own the look, feel, and experience of our digital ecosystem by designing websites, landing pages, and emails that look great and drive performance. You’ll collaborate directly with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to continuously iterate, test, and improve how customers experience M Drive online. What You’ll Be Doing
Design and optimize
Shopify pages , landing pages, and digital touchpoints for conversion and storytelling. Create
UI/UX systems
that balance aesthetic appeal with data-driven functionality. Collaborate with the team on
A/B tests
and creative iterations that improve customer experience and retention. Design and build
emails in Klaviyo , from launch campaigns to retention flows, keeping brand voice and aesthetics consistent. Maintain and evolve the
M Drive digital brand style , ensuring consistency across web, email, and ad creative. Support with
graphic design needs
for social ads, banners, and visual assets as needed. What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in
graphic design and web/UI/UX design , ideally within a consumer or e-commerce brand. Proficient in
Shopify ,
Klaviyo ,
Figma , and the
Adobe Creative Suite . Deep understanding of
conversion-oriented design
and user psychology. A portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern design and intuitive user experiences. A proactive, test-and-learn mindset; you love to experiment, analyze results, and refine. Collaborative spirit. You enjoy working with marketers, copywriters, and developers to bring ideas to life. Why M Drive
