Role Overview The
Customization Analyst
will
drive efficiency
and
optimize cost
across our co-packing operations. This role gives you the opportunity to
coordinate and support
specialty packaging and display projects for our Tom’s of Maine and Oral Care organizations. You will serve as the engine for efficient project execution,
managing timelines
and providing
data-driven insights
to key stakeholders, ensuring customization initiatives align with core business objectives for service, cost, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support Tom’s of Maine and select Oral Care projects related to co-packer operations by managing project timelines and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate with 3PLs and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, CDO, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Third‑Party Providers) to facilitate project timelines and support on‑time production
Compile and monitor co‑packer performance metrics, preparing reports and data‑driven insights for review and business reporting
Support inventory management activities, coordinating with Indirect Procurement and other stakeholders to help identify cost‑effective solutions for specialty packs and displays
Support continuous improvement, operational excellence, automation, and reimagined initiatives
Escalate/communicate barriers to success to management, providing recommendations to proceed where relevant
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
3+ years experience in the supply chain environment
Competency in Microsoft (Excel) or Google suite (Sheets) to be able to execute vlookups and pivot tables
Experience working in an ERP system
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated competency in Analytical Thinking & Decision‑Making
Demonstrated competency in Planning, Prioritization, & Execution
Experience in Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Experience supporting initiatives related to End‑to‑End Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Experience assisting in Supplier Sourcing & Procurement
Strong Relationship Building & Influence skills for cross‑functional collaboration
Ability to provide data‑driven insights to optimize cost, service, and efficiency
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee’s hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
