The Digital Banking Execution & Deposit Operations Specialist serves as a crucial resource for our banking team in our community. Building client loyalty, internally and externally, through our experience and next level personalized customer service, that\'s Gold Standard.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
Provide guidance and support to all Digital and Deposit operational functionality throughout the bank, including being a point of reference for others within the organization
Provide guidance and support for Treasury Management clients, such as Corporate RDC, ACH Origination, Wires and Positive Pay
Consult with others throughout the organization to promote a collaborative team atmosphere in execution of the Bank’s Digital Banking strategies.
Provide support to client’s questions or concerns on the use of Digital Banking services, thru our online conversation channel as well as telephone support in accordance with bank processes and procedures
Performs daily deposit operational maintenance on checking, savings, safe deposit boxes, and client information records in accordance with bank processes and procedures
Document quality improvements for management review as it relates to the Digital Banking Services and Deposit Operational efficiencies
Point of contact for the bank’s Regulation E dispute process
Qualifications
Strong analytical, technical, and problem resolution skills
Technologically savvy and proficient using Microsoft Office. Jack Henry Silverlake, Card Processing Solutions, Jack Henry Treasury Management, and Banno Digital Banking experience a plus.
Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions
Ability to multitask while producing accurate and organized work with minimum supervision
Skills to prioritize tasks and make decisions when necessary for the betterment of the entire organization
Highly professional and approachable when working with others – must be a team player
