Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and manage behavior support services for children with autism in a home-based setting.

Requirements

MS/MA and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and direct service staff during one‑to‑one supervision meetings, group supervision, or client sessions.

Conduct functional assessments, preference and skills assessments, and develop individualized behavior support plans.

Attend weekly staff meetings, train staff on treatment plans, and evaluate treatment fidelity.

Train parents on their child’s treatment plans, monitor implementation, and track progress.

Write progress notes summarizing client progress in narrative and graphic formats.

Adhere to the ethical guidelines and disciplinary standards of the BACB, employ evidence‑based intervention strategies, and prepare restrictive intervention plans for review by the Human Rights and Peer Review Committees.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, informing parents, state employees, teachers, and others of plan interventions, progress, and emerging concerns.

Training and Certifications

Complete all initial and ongoing training requirements within established time frames.

Complete annual CPR, First Aid, and OSHA training.

Obtain and maintain SOAR certification.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

BCBA or Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field.

Experience providing intensive in‑home behavior services to children with autism.

Ability to conduct staff and parent trainings as needed.

Flexibility to perform duties assigned by the Clinical Director, Area Director, or CEO.

Understanding of and adherence to state policies and procedures.

Represent the organization positively and professionally.

Experience or Education

18 years of age or older.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field.

Wage USD $69,000 – $85,000 per year
