Senior Systems Analyst role at Experis. Location: Smithfield, Rhode Island ONLY. Contract position. Pay Rate: $45-70 an hour. Our client is seeking an experienced, skilled, and upbeat Senior Systems Analyst to be part of a squad responsible for launching and growing business/technology capabilities focused on helping address the retirement savings coverage gap. You will support one or more multi-functional squads, engaging with all team members to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture. Responsibilities
The Senior Systems Analyst will: support one or more multi-functional squads and engage with team members to reinforce and embed agile principles into day-to-day work promote agile leadership behaviors and contribute to an innovative agile culture assist in launching and growing business/technology capabilities focused on addressing the retirement savings coverage gap Qualifications
6+ years of experience in systems analysis focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum tools; Jira and Jira Align experience desired Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems Experience with SQL and API tools such as Postman Bachelors degree in computer science or related technology field Ability to mentor and coach junior analysts across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies Ability to influence behavior without formal authority Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to organizational changes Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks Effective communication and people-interaction skills Excellent written and verbal communication, tailoring content to the audience (business vs. technology, etc.) Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals, and objectives and distill them into well-defined user stories/requirements Flexibility to adjust work schedule to accommodate both U.S. and India-based teams Knowledge of technical solutions and back-end systems
