Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and scrum tools Jira, Jira Align experience desired. Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems. Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API consumer tools such as Postman. Bachelors degree in computer science or related technology subject area. Ability to mentor and coach junior analysts across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies. Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy. Strong analytical, problem?solving skills and adaptability to organizational changes. Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks. Effective communication and people?interaction skills. Efficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.). Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well?defined user stories/requirements. Flexibility to adjust your work schedule to accommodate both U.S. and India?based teams and associates. Knowledge of technical solutions and back?end systems.
