Configuring and managing monitoring solutions Troubleshooting user-reported issues via service desk tickets Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance tools Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts Participate in projects that require Identity and Access Management (IAM) team involvement Oversee production releases Monitor delivery against SLAs Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards Participate in production support for Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience Experience with Active Directory and server monitoring processes and solutions Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell, SQL, Access, Excel) and data mapping Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance Familiarity with capturing and analyzing network packet captures and experience using Splunk for log analysis U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Qualifications We Prefer
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and presentation skills Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize work without management direction and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management Must have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, capabilities or tools based on the needs Experience with SolarWinds Orion Platform, Tanium, One Identity Active Roles, Quest GPOADmin, SharePoint, ServiceNow What We Offer
