Job Overview
As a Workday Integrations Lead, youll develop solutions that help our clients achieve better business performance. Youll be a vital member of a team passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. You will solve complex business problems integrating the Workday Cloud application with external applications from a variety of Financial, Supply Chain and Human Capital Management functional areas. Responsibilities Integrate data from point?to?point systems as well as interchange services to provide data quality and dependable digital information exchanges. Integrate the Workday Cloud application with external applications from a variety of functional areas. Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base to include Studio, EIB, and 3rd?party vendor coding. Develop and document requirements and functional specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions. Develop Workday integrations among new or existing systems, both internal and external. Develop Workday custom reports and enhancements as needed. Develop and execute unit and system test plans. Collaborate with and maintain open communications with project leadership, client personnel, and Impact Advisors senior management. Drive cross?team design and development through technical leadership and mentoring.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting implementation lifecycle processes, including system design, integrations, security, data integrity, and project reviews. 2+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer. Experience integrating data from point?to?point systems and interchange services. Proficiency in designing, building, and testing Workday integration code base (Studio, EIB, 3rd?party vendor coding). Strong collaboration and communication skills with project leadership, senior management, and client personnel. Workday certification in Workday Integrations and Studio strongly preferred. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $125,767??$205,400. Eligible for an annual bonus in salaried positions. Additional benefits and perks may be available depending on the position and employment terms.
