API (Application programming interface) | Mulesoft | Salesforce (SFDC) Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Test Architect to lead the design, development, and execution of performance testing strategies across our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance engineering, with hands?on proficiency in scripting using LoadRunner and NeoLoad, and a strong ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across complex systems. This role is critical in ensuring our applications meet high standards of scalability, reliability, and responsiveness. Strong hands?on experience with LoadRunner and NeoLoad scripting and execution. Proficiency in tools such as JMeter, Neoload, LoadRunner. Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of Salesforce and Mulesoft API is a plus. Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar. Solid understanding of networking, databases, and application performance metrics. Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash) and test automation frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into automated workflows. Excellent analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies for web, mobile, and backend systems. Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad and familiar with Protocols such as Web HTTP/HTML , JMS , SAP , Citrix. Define performance benchmarks, KPIs, and SLAs in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead performance testing efforts including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior performance engineers. Create detailed performance test plans, test cases, and documentation. Monitor application performance in production and recommend tuning opportunities. Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks across application layers (UI, API, database, infrastructure). Recommend and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. Evaluate and select appropriate performance testing tools and frameworks. Mentor and guide QA engineers on performance testing best practices. Create detailed documentation and reports for technical and non?technical audiences.
