Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to manage the day‑to‑day upkeep, repair, and safety compliance of multiple bank branches. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on professional with broad experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire/life safety systems, ensuring a safe, operational, and professional environment for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and oversee maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems, ensuring reliable water supply and drainage.

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including single‑phase and three‑phase systems.

Interpret and utilize blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues and support branch remodels or layout changes.

Inspect, maintain, and repair smoke detectors, fire alarms, and other life‑safety systems to ensure full compliance with fire codes.

Conduct routine and seasonal power washing of exterior surfaces (e.g., building facades, sidewalks, ATM kiosks).

Provide Tier 1 support for banking equipment, including ATMs, by troubleshooting basic issues and coordinating with vendors for escalated service.

Perform light construction work including drywall/sheetrock repair, painting, and asphalt repairs.

Coordinate with contractors, city/fire officials, state inspectors, and internal staff to ensure all branches comply with safety and building codes.

Order parts, supplies, and equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records for each location.

Ensure work is conducted with a focus on safety, efficiency, and minimal disruption to banking operations.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and records of inspections and repairs.

Qualifications • Entry level; strong hands‑on skills in facilities maintenance.

• Experience with electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire/life safety systems.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and inspectors.

• Commitment to safety and operational continuity.
