Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Process Maintenance Planner at our Phoenix operation. The successful candidate will manage, coach, lead, and mentor a maintenance team.

Responsibilities
Develop and utilize Standard Job Plans (SJPs) for routine maintenance activities per corporate standards
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
Month end accruals, reclasses, and report on month end cost performance
Build and coordinate one-time job plans, where maintenance work needs to be completed due to operational changes, statutory requirement changes or equipment improvements.
Support the sophisticated maintenance strategy development program by implementing analyses in the Ivara work management tool.
Continually review, seek feedback, and optimize resources, parts, tooling, task list, safety information, risk assessment and staging approach related to SJPs
Ensure that routine maintenance SJPs, safety information, drawings and PM activities are uploaded and maintained in SAP
Review and approve invoices for payment
Liaise with supply chain to expedite parts and contactor labor. Successful candidate must be able to interface with other operations and maintenance personnel to schedule plant shutdowns
Communicate with maintenance supervisors to plan, estimate, and identify the proper labor, services and skills. Assist with the design, planning, and coordination of shutdowns
Update and maintain status of work orders in SAP
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Previous experience using the following software applications: SAP, Xeras (or similar Zero-based budgeting tool, preferred)
Demonstrated ability/experience in maintaining pumping and piping equipment as well as electrical in instrumentation equipment preferred
Demonstrated ability to work from blueprints and drawings preferred
Excellent safety and attendance record required
