Location: Fargo, ND • Job Type: Full-Time • Shift: 1st Shift (5:30 am - 4:00 pm M-TH with OT on Fridays as needed) • Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience Owen Metals Group/ NPS Metals is a leading steel manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards. Responsibilities

Weekly verification of all NPS Metal\'s tools and gauges per established procedures Verify that operator inspection forms and/or UniPoint inspections are completed by employees during shift on daily basis Random sampling of in-process orders: complete, flat, formed, machined parts against customer prints and specifications. Deviations are reported to Quality Manager, and production leads/supervisors Ensure all conforming inspected parts have a green QC sticker attached Identify suspect material through segregation and/or HFI tags. Material to be staged in Quality hold area for further assessment Final visual inspection on required due dates; verify that due dates and shipping locations are not mixed per customer requirements Quality Assurance Inspector has total stop work authority Assist other employees as needed Assist Quality Manager on special projects as assigned Qualifications

2-4 years of manufacturing experience or proven experience in Quality Assurance or Engineering Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency with measuring tools and equipment Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
