Customer centric personality with at least 2 years experience in account management, customer success management, operations management, or project management Proven experience engaging directly with customers and building long-term relationships Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Logical, process-driven thinker with a practical, problem-solving mindset Tenacious, proactive, and driven to ensure commitments are met and exceeded Confident communicator who can influence, coordinate, and lead across teams High attention to detail with strong execution and follow-up skills Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and continuous improvement Package
