Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality products through coordinated machining, assembly, tooling, welding, and paint processes. Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To Oversee machining, assembly, tooling, weld, and paint functions to ensure on‑time, quality delivery. Lead recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate employees. Conduct performance assessments, assign work, and manage daily workflow. Administer compensation, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
