The U.S. Center for SafeSport is a non?profit organization dedicated to ending all forms of abuse in sport. We prioritize athlete well?being through abuse prevention, education, and accountability. Position Summary
The Digital Education Project Manager will manage and execute project timelines and deliverables for digital abuse?prevention educational resources (online courses, social media, handouts). This role reports to the Assistant Director, Digital Education and collaborates with instructional designers and other departments. Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans, initiate and track projects with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate regularly with departments and vendors to ensure project timelines are met. Schedule and facilitate cross?department meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and follow?ups. Create, post, review, and conduct interviews for RFPs and contracted vendors. Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders. Review resources in development, organize feedback, and recommend process improvements. Assist with Digital Education administrative tasks such as budget coordination and vendor invoice management. Manage courseware testing, improvement, and coordination of course launch logistics. Coordinate external communication through team inboxes and research subject?matter experts.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Experience developing educational resources, curricula, or digital learning tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and project management software. Strong influencing and collaboration skills. Experience with e?learning development (preferred). Experience as an athlete, coach, official, or volunteer within organized sports (preferred).
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, public health, education, communications, or related field. At least 1 year of project or program management experience. Experience in abuse prevention, non?profit, sports, or youth protection preferred. PMP certification or professional project management training preferred.
Work Requirements & Environment
Standard office equipment provided. Office located in a multi?story, dog?friendly building. Occasional night, weekend, and overnight travel required.
Work Location
Denver, CO; or a location deemed suitable by the Center (e.g., near a major airport). Remote work available in approved states. Compensation & Benefits
Full?time, exempt. Salary range: $76,111 $83,732. Benefits include paid time off, group health insurance, life and disability insurance, parental leave coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and employer?paid life and disability coverage. How to Apply
