The Corporate Commercial team helps Fluxys prepare for the future and achieve more value as an international Group by building and strengthening commercial capabilities in areas of strategic importance. The team works transversally across businesses and countries to strengthen commercial capabilities and harmonise strategic processes. The team supports initiatives that create customer and shareholder value, reduce complexity, and unlock synergies across the Fluxys Group. Concretely, this involves bridging the local and global aspects of commercial activities, actively driving collaboration to leverage existing strengths, and using data‑driven insights to guide commercial strategy at Group level.
For our Corporate Commercial department at Fluxys headquarters in Brussels, we are looking for a
Process & System Owner
(m/f/x).
Job purpose As Corporate Commercial Process & System Owner, you are responsible for the key commercial processes and systems within the Fluxys Group, such as the CRM (MS Dynamics 365), SharePoint, and Power BI dashboards. You lead their implementation and continuous improvement to ensure a high-value internal user experience. You also contribute to the strategic planning of key accounts and to the management of market knowledge in collaboration with Business Intelligence and local teams
Your responsibilities Acting as the business owner, you will take charge of the group-wide commercial processes and systems, including CRM and Group Analytics platforms, in close collaboration with the Digital Product Owners in the ICT teams
Collaborate with internal teams and providers to ensure end‑to‑end lifecycle perspective from onboarding to offboarding, including close coordination with the Smart Data Factory and General Applications teams to align system development with business needs
Support the users and act as a change agent for digital transformation across the commercial community, including exploring the latest intelligence gathering tools (LLM, AI, ML) and assessing the possibilities for reporting towards internal stakeholders
Support strategic key account management via facilitating account coordination sessions and providing market insights and maintain relations with potential suppliers
Drive harmonisation and knowledge sharing across countries and departments
Ensure data integrity and usability across systems
Prepare materials for representing the Corporate Commercial team in governance structures and decision‑making forums
Occasionally travel within Europe to support cross‑country collaboration
About you
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, languages or equivalent
You have at least 3 years’ experience in managing dataflows and business analytics (Microsoft Suite and Power BI is a plus)
You have hands‑on experience with ERP and CRM systems in an international group (MS Dynamics 365 is a plus)
You are a broad thinker with a strong operational mindset
You are passionate about digital tools and process improvement
You are a diplomatic communicator who can build bridges across teams
You are fluent in English and have a good working knowledge of French or Dutch
You are flexible, resilient, and able to manage shifting priorities
You enjoy working independently and in multicultural teams
You are willing to travel occasionally across Europe
