Store Manager
to lead our team at
Porirua store . You’ll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing store environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product – someone who loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and leads with care, confidence, and energy. Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday Minimum Hours: 40 Salary: $60k What your day will look like
Leading and managing the daily operations of your store Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets Championing a fun, inclusive, and supportive team culture Overseeing store presentation, stock levels and visual merchandising Managing admin, reporting and other key operational tasks You’ll thrive in this role if you
