Role Title SAP NS2 SuccessFactors Sr. Consultant – SuccessFactors LMS - Virtual
Role Description Senior Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Solution (LMS). Demonstrate mastery of SuccessFactors LMS knowledge and SaaS implementation methodology to provide guidance and consult on leading practices in the LMS domain. Must demonstrate critical‑thinking skills to understand, evaluate and analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions based on software functionality.
Expectations And Tasks
Obtain and maintain senior level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ongoing training and project work
Collaborate and drive recommendations for sales, product development and partners
Apply general HR business process, software, and related technical knowledge to support implementations
Demonstrate leadership in given product space
Educate customer on employee data and technical requirements
Support go live and post go live efforts
Work Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of related experience and a minimum of 4 full‑cycle implementations
Deep understanding of industry‑specific business processes
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to serve as an intermediary between technical developers and end users
Ability to create positive and professional business relationships with internal and external clients
Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Learning module
Proficient with respect to SAP SuccessFactors Activate Cloud methodology
Experience with government regulations and compliance guidelines, including but not limited to Accessibility Compliance / Section 508 Compliance preferred
Education And Qualification
US Citizenship required
Minimum 4‑year university degree or equivalent work experience
Travel: 0‑50%, depending on customer location
English: Fluent
Compensation The targeted combined range for this position is $107,300 – $230,600 USD.
