Innovative Driven is currently seeking an experienced, engaging, and dynamic Senior eDiscovery Counsel to join the dedicated team at one of our most well-respected global law firm clients. The firm’s talented attorneys and legal team proudly advise their clients in some of the most sophisticated and complex matters.
The role is mainly hybrid, with the potential for flexible remote work!
Base Pay Range $290,000.00/yr - $320,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Support high-stakes litigation and help drive the growth of the firm’s AI governance practice
Advise clients and internal stakeholders on challenging and complex discovery issues, providing thought leadership and expertise
Draft briefs and negotiate
Plan and assist in the implementation of case protocols and workflows
Proactively counsel clients on data privacy matters, compliance, and records retention, focusing on forward‑thinking and emerging AI regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
Excellent academic credentials and previous judicial clerkships are highly preferred
At least five years of previous extensive hands‑on experience in eDiscovery
Strong complex litigation and client counseling skills
Proven expertise with advanced AI tools to manage large, complex data sets, particularly for clients in heavily regulated industries is REQUIRED
A strong entrepreneurial mindset, matched with a track record of business development
Admission to the state bar of their preferred office location is required (North Carolina, California, Florida, New York, Washington, DC, Texas or Illinois)
