Overview

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. This is a fast-paced environment that requires a self-motivated employee to join the team. Relocation assistance may be available. Clearance type: Secret. Travel: Yes, 10% of the time. Roles And Responsibilities

Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Apply earned value and performance measurement baseline concepts to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering IPT. Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including establishing WBS, maintaining objective performance criteria, updating estimates to complete, and supporting reporting requirements for variance analysis. Develop budget baselines, funding analyses, cost risk assessments, visibility reports, and government cost performance reports; prepare and/or review performance measurement variance analyses and estimates to complete. Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity; analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques. Work under general supervision completing multiple assignments per schedule and escalate issues to ensure proper management focus; influence peers and internal customers as needed. Support the development of budget baselines and cost/schedule integration; assist in preparing budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC; perform financial performance analyses and visibility tasks. Basic Qualifications

Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.). Requires a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience; 3 years with a master’s degree; or 9 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree. Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra, MS Project, and/or OneIWO. 3 years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and/or Power BI. Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance. Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling. Aerospace/Defense industry experience. Ability to use financial systems with understanding of EVMS principles. Hands-on cost performance reporting/analysis skills. Good interpersonal skills while representing the group on special projects outside of own group. Position Benefits

This role may offer relocation assistance. Primary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00. The salary range represents a general guideline and can be influenced by scope, responsibilities, and candidate experience. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may be available.
