Were seeking an experienced
Podcast Program Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of
audio, streaming, and OOH campaigns . Youll collaborate with cross-functional teamsmedia, analytics, creative, and strategyto deliver high-impact campaigns across
podcasts, streaming platforms, radio, and TV . This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing audio campaigns and optimizing media performance. Hybrid in Culver City or Cupertino if you are not able to go on site 3 days a week, please do not apply. Contract, 12 months, 40 hrs a week, 9-6. Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end campaign execution: media buying, production, trafficking, and reporting. Partner with internal teams to measure performance, implement optimizations, and conduct strategic testing. Oversee vendor and partner relationships, ad serving, and compliance with brand safety standards. Monitor industry trends and emerging formats to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications
57+ years in
media planning, campaign management, or audio advertising ; agency or in-house experience preferred. Hands-on experience with
podcasts, streaming audio, and programmatic campaigns ; familiarity with platforms such as Spotify, iHeartRadio, or similar. Strong knowledge of ad tech, martech, and performance measurement. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights. Understanding of production, media buying, and campaign optimization processes. Details
