In this role, you’ll directly impact our ability to deliver value, efficiency, and innovation through strategic lease renewals and portfolio management. What you’ll do
Negotiate lease renewals and portfolio-wide agreements with landlords Analyze and model NPV for multiple deal structures Collaborate with operations, legal, and project management teams Present recommendations to executive leadership Travel to sites to assess renewal opportunities

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field and 3 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area. 2 years’ experience in property management.

Project and portfolio management, Supervisory J.D., Masters: Business Administration
