What to Expect Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell the employer's products to prospective customers through outbound calls

Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing programs

Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries about the employer's offerings and competitive comparisons

Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and provide coaching and feedback to team members

Qualifications

Associate’s degree

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare or diabetes

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Experience in coaching colleagues to improve sales and technical skills

Strong selling skills and ability to relate to customers' needs and concerns

Familiarity with the Salesforce system

Expert knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps
