Cobec is proud to support the FAA’s Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) — the most ambitious modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS) in its history. This long-term effort will overhaul critical infrastructure across automation, voice, surveillance, telecommunications, and facilities. From new digital radios and advanced surveillance to IP-based voice systems and six integrated control centers, BNATCS is unifying decades of fragmented systems into one streamlined, mission-ready platform to support the next era of aviation. This is complex, deeply important work — national in scale and local in execution. Whether it’s engineering, analytics, system integration, or field implementation, we’re building the team to make it happen. We’re hiring across disciplines and experience levels to support design, planning, deployment, testing, and sustainment. If you\'re driven to contribute to something that truly matters, this is your opportunity. Culture At Cobec, we believe people do their best work when they’re trusted, supported, and connected to the mission. We value authenticity, accountability, and clarity. We operate with purpose, and we invest in each other. Our culture is built on high standards, low ego, and the belief that how we work is just as important as what we deliver. Bring your talent, your perspective, and your voice. Come help us modernize the infrastructure that keeps our skies safe. EEO Cobec, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
