invites applicants for the Sr. Communications Manager role in the Americas DSP Communication Team in Amazon’s Last Mile space.
Are you ready to help revolutionize e‑commerce delivery through the power of strategic partner communications and automation? We’re seeking a creative and marketing‑forward leader to design and own partner engagement strategy, automation systems, and messaging effectiveness for Hub Delivery, a fast‑growing delivery service program that partners with local businesses to bring Amazon packages to their communities.
Responsibilities
Design and implement end‑to‑end partner communication strategies, including automation workflows and trigger‑based communications that respond to partner behavior and needs.
Lead partner‑facing content creation across operational updates, product launches, program changes, and performance communications, while maintaining a consistent voice and messaging.
Develop and optimise multi‑channel communication strategies using partner feedback, behavioural analytics, and advanced segmentation.
Leverage existing communications platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, internal tools) to create effective automated partner journeys and engagement flows.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather insights, ensure aligned messaging, and drive continuous improvement in our communication approach.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications and identify key moments to build campaigns that meet Hub Delivery partners where they are in their journey.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of professional (non‑internship) marketing or communications experience.
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross‑functional teams and agency partners.
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
Experience communicating results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Experience in a B2B environment, high‑tech products/services.
Experience with test and learn, marketing optimisation, and experimentation.
Location The role can be based in Nashville, TN or Bellevue, WA.
Compensation Our base pay range is $106,400 to $185,000 per year, depending on geographic market, experience and skillset. Additional equity, sign‑on payments and benefits are included as part of a total compensation package.
