Responsibilities

RECRUITER : Build the foundation for a successful sales career by reviewing resumes from internal databases and online job boards, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates to meet hiring managers, and negotiating job offers to get candidates hired. The average employee spends about six months in the Recruiter role before moving to Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT).

ACCOUNT MANAGER : Work with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies; research and target organizations in need of staffing services; conduct networking and cold calls; run in-person meetings; gather job requirements; collaborate with Recruiting to fill roles; and sell staffing solutions.

PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER : Identify top talent, pair candidates with the right jobs, understand experiences and career goals, and maintain ongoing support to deliver a world-class experience. Our Professional Recruiters accounted for over 80% of job placements last year.

Compensation Base salary ranges from $41,000 to $44,000 per year, plus LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan). Upon promotion, Account Managers receive a base salary increase, monthly car and cell allowances, and uncapped weekly commissions.

The company notes that the actual pay depends on skills and experience; the range provided is typical and discussed with your recruiter.

Salary progression

Year 2: $73,000–$88,000

Year 3: $121,000–$145,000

Year 4: $135,000–$194,000

Account Managers and Professional Recruiters have opportunities to win annual sales contests with rewards such as all-expenses-paid trips, LTIPs, and cash bonuses starting at $7,500–$10,000.
