Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager for their Remote location. Responsibilities 40% Schedule Development and Maintenance - Build and maintain the master scheduler in Microsoft Project. Incorporate inputs from multiple workstreams into a single integrated schedule. Establish and maintain dependencies, milestones, critical paths, baselines, and task status. Facilitate discussions required to progressively elaborate schedule details. 25% Schedule Analysis and Reporting - Track progress against baseline schedule and highlight variances. Perform "what-if" analysis to evaluate impacts of changes or risks 20% Stakeholder Engagement and Communication - Facilitate schedule reviews with project manager, business/technical leads, and leadership. Collaborate across teams to gather updates and validate assumptions. Create standard and custom reports to meet stakeholder communication needs. 15% Governance and risk support - Ensure schedule activities align with program governance requirements. Maintain version control and document changes. Support schedule risk management and mitigation planning.

Requirements

Education level: Bachelor's Degree Education details: Project Management, Business or related field Experience: 5 years experience with project scheduling with Microsoft Project In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or Microsoft Project Certifications Proficient in Microsoft Office applications., Proficient Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally., Advanced Ability to exercise good judgment, Advanced Project planning and life cycle development., Advanced The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that makes them ineligible to perform work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs. Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time. Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
