Key Job Responsibilities
Facilitates classroom, online and/or laboratory instruction for one or more courses, including assessment of student performance
Develops instructional design and curriculum relevant to a course of instruction
Serves as an initial point of contact for students as it relates to specific course or series content and expectations
Department The Engineering and Technology (E&T) Department is one of eight departments in the College of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Management (CSTEMM). It houses 31 full‑time faculty, four full‑time technicians, and offers accredited undergraduate programs in Computer & Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Engineering Technology, and Packaging.

Required Qualifications
M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field by employment start date.
Ability to teach in a combined lecture and lab environment.
Interest in advancing student learning in the area of engineering.
Demonstrated success working with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years industry experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
3 years successful teaching experience.
