American Greetings . This is a hybrid role, working from our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, with a preference for candidates who currently reside in Northeast Ohio. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Website merchandising and content management Engage with Product Management and Information Technology to ensure products are viewed and merchandised on site Import new products into the site on an ongoing cadence to ensure all new products are listed for everyday cards and creative products Manage the department’s homepage, navigational menus, product detail information, FAQs, account information, homepage banners, seasonal messaging, order windows, landing pages for corporate initiatives and product features, and personalized site experiences based on customer segments Improve product data (titles, descriptions, images, etc.) to enhance presentation and user experience Communicate catalog changes, order windows, and pertinent information with customers via site merchandising and communications Cultivate and maintain the overall style guide and creative look and feel of the website, including UX/UI design Oversee and implement marketing emails to CCM/IS customers to communicate selling window information and engage with customers to promote sales Maintain email marketing strategies for core customers; collaborate with PPY and digital marketing teams to support campaigns using site assets Serve as primary contact with Sales Organization and/or customers Coordinate with CCM leadership and Sales on website updates to ensure appropriate customer communications Audit segmentation logic to ensure appropriate presentation of experiences and product catalogs for new customers Serve as Data Analyst and Reporting Leader for the Customer Engagement organization Drive analysis of sales data, marketing impact metrics, and service data to improve success and efficiency, using current methodologies Own data management policy and procedures for data related to the Customer Engagement organization Partner with leadership to analyze metrics related to Greetings Gateway performance and identify improvement areas Develop roadmap strategies to apply learnings from analysis to improve efficiencies and support growth Experience Required
1+ years of e-commerce, retail, and/or online industry experience 3+ years of website management, including design, content management and UX/UI experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally Understanding of basic online merchandising best practices Ability to operate independently Ability and passion for solving problems Attention to detail and accuracy in published online content Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) with aptitude to learn new systems quickly Experience in UX/UI with a focus on shopability, accessibility and marketing Basic knowledge of HTML and website functionality Background in graphic design or web design with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Education Required
Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree preferred Career Site Category
