Summary Pembroke Hill is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as a 6th grade Head Baseball coach for the upcoming spring season. The head coach will be responsible for planning practices, overseeing assistant coaches, and maintaining open communication with the athletic department, parents, and team members.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in baseball, ideally in a coaching capacity
Proven experience and ability to work effectively with young athletes
Schedule Season runs from late-March through June with possible tournament in July. Practices are two evenings per week. Games are during the week and some weekends.
Compensation $1,725 for the season.

Physical Demands for Coach positions
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
Ability to enter data into a computer, to see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids
Ability to hear and understand speech at normal office levels, outdoors, and on the telephone
Ability to speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in normal office, outdoors, and on the telephone
Physical ability to lift, carry and/or hold up to 25 pounds to shoulder height and 50 pounds to waist height
Ability to occasionally balance, reach, bend, squat, stoop, or kneel
Ability to climb stairs, walk, and occasionally run, if required
