Responsibilities Architecture Strategy & Design Define the overall technical architecture for complex Enterprise Systems & platforms, including AI Knowledge Graph & Knowledge Base, drift detection pipelines using telemetry and runtime analytics, and GenAI?based remediation and recommendation engine. Design systems to integrate with enterprise CI/CD, IaC, Observability, and EA repositories. Establish the Core AI Platform architecture covering ingestion, risk scoring, event bus, and continuous learning components. Author Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and maintain traceability to design standards.

Governance & Standards

Translate enterprise architecture standards into machine?readable policies through OPA/Rego rules. Define the lifecycle for Policy?as?Code, including authoring, versioning, approval, and automated enforcement. Establish compliance dashboards, health metrics, and maturity models for architecture conformance. Align architectural automation with frameworks like TOGAF, SAFe, and DevSecOps governance models.

Platform Engineering Leadership

Work with CI/CD, Observability, and Cloud platform teams to embed drift detection hooks into pipelines and runtime systems. Define integration patterns with tools such as event buses, API layers, and micro?service architectures for scalability and resilience. Guide implementation of the Remediation Engine from automated PR generation to compliance re?validation.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with Enterprise Architects, CIO Office, and Product Owners to translate governance needs into actionable platform capabilities. Present architectural roadmaps, drift analytics, and AI insights to CXO?level stakeholders. Evangelize the AI?enabled architecture governance paradigm across development and operations teams. Coach and mentor technical architects, data engineers, and developers on architecture observability and drift prevention.

Minimum Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise Architecture Frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, C4, Domain?Driven Design (DDD). Observability & Telemetry: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, APM tools. Event Streaming & Messaging: Kafka, Pub/Sub, or equivalent. Programming & Scripting: Python (mandatory), Go, or TypeScript (for automation and AI workflows).

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity. Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role.
