Overview Executive Assistant to Senior Executive - Financial Services
A fast-paced and highly respected financial services firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior executive. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-integrity environment and can manage complex calendars, coordinate across departments, and anticipate needs before they arise.
You'll be the go-to person helping drive daily operations, handling communications, meeting planning, travel, and project follow-ups. You’ll also collaborate with other executive assistants and senior leaders across the firm.
Location : Austin, TX | Hybrid (4 days in-office, remote Fridays)
What You’ll Do Manage executive calendars and prioritize scheduling
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Book travel and prepare expense reports
Support special projects and reporting tasks
Maintain department files, contact lists, and communications
Work closely with other senior leaders and support staff
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience supporting executives, ideally in financial services or a related industry
Polished, professional, and comfortable interacting at all levels
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly proactive with strong judgment and discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
