Recruiting Manager - Connexa Search Group We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee costs, budgeting, and operational performance reporting across a manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for ensuring cost integrity, driving data-backed insights into operational costs, and supporting cross-functional alignment between finance, operations, and manufacturing leadership. Responsibilities Lead cost control and financial analysis initiatives across multiple plants and business units. Develop and maintain standardized cost reporting, analytics, and dashboards tied to operational KPIs. Partner with operations to analyze cost structures, margin performance, and key financial variances. Support annual cost roll processes and ensure consistent methodology. Conduct trend analysis on variable costs to explain performance drivers. Provide insight into cost reduction opportunities, manufacturing efficiency, and resource utilization. Extract and analyze data from ERP systems to support financial reporting and strategic decision-making. Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
