You'll play a critical role in attracting top-tier talent while providing consultative, concierge-level recruitment services to medical services and departmental leaders. Job Summary The HR Recruiter provides consultative recruitment services to departments and service lines, focusing on recruitment, screening, and sourcing of high-quality candidates. This position supports HR leadership in establishing organizational retention goals and strategies. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Candidate Management: Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare providers and staff, from sourcing through onboarding Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational culture Post positions using multiple sourcing techniques to identify qualified active and passive candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with top candidates to create robust talent pipelines Maintain accurate records of recruitment efforts, candidate statuses, and onboarding information Strategic Sourcing & Partnerships: Partner with medical services leadership to understand staffing needs, qualifications, and required skill sets Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies including marketing campaigns, career events, and referral programs Utilize diverse recruitment resources including social media, job boards, and professional networking Cultivate strategic relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, residency programs, and healthcare centers Reporting & Collaboration: Submit comprehensive recruitment reports to HR leadership and service lines for evaluation of effectiveness Communicate professionally and promptly with colleagues, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the process Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment best practices Collaborate with HR leadership to develop retention strategies supporting organizational goals Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of high-volume recruitment experience in a large organization, preferably in healthcare Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred Proven track record recruiting healthcare providers and clinical staff strongly desired Bachelor's degree preferred Essential Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels Strong decision-making abilities and professional judgment in candidate evaluation Proactive customer service orientation with consultative approach Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Proficiency with recruitment technologies, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems Knowledge of healthcare recruitment practices and credentialing requirements preferred Creative problem-solver with innovative approaches to talent attraction Results-driven with ability to work independently and collaboratively
