Essential Job Functions:
Ensure required funding for all properties follows regulations
Prepare and review monthly inter-company entries and reconciliation
Ensure timely reporting: Oversee the creation of monthly financial statements for property entities and ensure timely distribution
Support property budgeting: Prepare annual budgets for the properties
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
5+ years Real Estate Accounting experience
CPA is a plus
Must be proficient in NetSuite
Strong background in Affordable Housing
