General Manager 3 – Corporate Dining at Dunkin’ Brands (Canton, MA)

is seeking a dynamic and hands‑on
General Manager 2
to lead our food service operations at
Dunkin’ Brands headquarters
in
Canton, MA . This is an exciting opportunity to manage a vibrant café, catering services, and a branded coffee station in a corporate environment that values innovation, quality, and hospitality.
About the Program:
Café Hours : 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Stations : Grill, deli, entrée, salad bar, and grab‑and‑go
Coffee Station : Serves Dunkin’ products and brews their signature coffee
Catering : Corporate events, meetings, and celebrations
Incentives M‑F 6am to 4pm. Rare evenings or weekends
What You’ll Do As the
on‑site leader , you’ll oversee all aspects of food service operations, including:
Client relationship management
– Be the face of Sodexo for our valued partner.
Team leadership
– Manage and inspire a team of 4 hourly staff across culinary and service roles.
Financial oversight
– Drive budget performance, revenue growth, and cost control.
Operational excellence
– Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across café, catering, and coffee services.
Marketing & engagement
– Promote offerings and create memorable experiences, including special events like holiday parties and company celebrations.
Hands‑on support
– Spend 1–2 hours daily in the kitchen, working side‑by‑side with your team.
Regional support
– Support Sodexo accounts in the Greater Boston area when needed.
What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate’s education level or years of relevant experience.
