Seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and execution across enterprise products supporting key corporate functions. This role bridges business goals with agile delivery defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases that drive measurable value. Must Haves 5+ years as a Product Owner or equivalent role managing enterprise?level applications. Strong knowledge of ITIL v3+ and ITSM best practices. Proven experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and backlog priorities. Excellent communication and executive?level presentation skills. Hands?on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery. Certifications such as PMI?ACP, CSPO, or SAFe PO/PM preferred. Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and business value. Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and translating it into actionable user stories. Partner with cross?functional teams engineering, QA, and PMO to deliver releases on time and within scope. Support UAT, release planning, and change management to ensure smooth deployment and adoption. Track metrics, manage budgets, and continuously improve delivery processes.
